As the Creative Lead for Running Specialty Group, I was responsible for designing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple banners including JackRabbit, Olympia Sports, and Shoes.com. I created everything from email graphics to homepage visuals and social media content, ensuring each brand maintained a consistent look while meeting its unique voice and audience. Whether launching seasonal sales or highlighting new product drops, I owned the visual storytelling from concept to execution.
I worked closely with the marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align messaging and drive campaign success. My role required not only design savvy but strategic thinking, knowing how to grab attention in crowded inboxes and guide users toward clicks and conversions. I regularly collaborated with copywriters and digital marketers to build out campaign flows and deliver assets on tight deadlines, all while staying agile across the ever-changing retail landscape.
