Creative Solutions
Designing everything from web and email design to branded event assets—I've brought creative strategy and visual consistency to every part of the business.
I began by analyzing MiHi Entertainment’s digital presence and identifying key opportunities to improve both branding and user experience. From there, I led a complete website redesign focused on a clean layout, modern visuals, and SEO-optimized content. The updated site not only captured MiHi’s energy and personality but also functioned as a strategic lead generation tool—boosting weekly traffic from 150 to nearly 900 views and increasing lead submissions by 32%.
To complement the site refresh, I overhauled our email marketing strategy by designing streamlined templates and segmenting content for different audiences. This shift lifted open rates from 10% to 30% and pushed click-through rates from 1% to as high as 8%. I also introduced Asana as our project management system, creating task templates, intake forms, and web layout blueprints to keep projects on track and reduce last-minute chaos.
Across everything from custom event assets and blog content to branded social graphics and internal systems, I’ve helped MiHi work smarter and present itself more cohesively. My role has been a balance of creative execution and strategic thinking—bringing structure to our processes while leveling up the brand’s visual identity and marketing performance.
